General Terms & FAQ,s
- Conduit materials and/or labor is not not included in the base price
- Underground trenching will be an additional fee
- Brief demonstration of how to use and modify your system (15-20min)
- We will patch and seal any holes but we do not paint or retexture
- We cannot guarantee 100% cable concealment. Cabling will concealed as much as structure allows
- We will connect your system to a TV or Monitor that you provide that is within 5 feet of the NVR.
- 50% down payment. 50% upon completion.
- System will be fully installed within one day.
- All cable runs must be within 80ft of the NVR. May charge additional cabling.
- We will connect your system to a mobile phone if you have internet service (and an available ethernet port).
- We offer phone, text, email, and remote support and all of our equipment / labor is warrantied or one year.
- Jobs requiring aerial lifts are not eligible for this offer.
- Sales tax will apply. 4% fee for credit or debit card transactions.
- Due to obstructions or the building's structure it's not always possible to install the NVR in the requested location.
